As a final check that beneficiaries of this scheme have received their superfast capable broadband connection, you may receive a visit request or a call from our audit partners, Campbell & Kennedy Maintenance.
Campbell & Kennedy Maintenance are an experienced award-winning family business and are the official audit partners for the Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme.
Recipients of superfast vouchers may receive a request by telephone for a visit from one of their experienced Broadband Auditors or they may call you to collect information about your new connection. These spot checks are generated randomly.
The Campbell & Kennedy engineer will ask you some questions and will measure the broadband speed at your premises or ask you to carry out a check and send them a screen-shot of the result.
This feedback enables us to monitor the service that you have received and to check that you are satisfied with the end result.
